An EMERGENCY PHONE RESPONSE machine from LOGAN RSL Sub Branch is your answer. Our unit is very simple to operate. It is plugs into your home phone and you wear a small pendant which contains a RED button. To raise an alarm, simply press the Red button on either your pendant or the alarm unit. The alarm calls the Tunstall 24hr Response Centre and one of the friendly professional operators will assist you straight away. No struggling for the phone or dialing is necessary. Just talk in your normal voice and the operator will hear you. They will get help even if they can’t hear you and the fully trained operator will stay on the line until help arrives. The operator will also keep your nominated relative or friend advised. Yes you rent the unit from us for a small monthly charge. Once installed, your worries about it, are over. We do not sign you up to any contracts and we completely look after the machine without charge (unless it has been abused). In the unlikely event that there is a malfunction with the unit we will replace it free of charge on the same day so that you are never without a unit.
